I've been an athlete my entire life.
From competing in sports growing up, to playing at the collegiate level, to stepping on stage as a bodybuilder, movement and performance have always been a piece of who I am.
But somewhere between the strict cuts, the obsessive tracking, and the pressure to look a certain way, I learned something that changed everything: the physical work is only half the battle.
While studying psychology I was led to try to understand why smart, motivated women keep starting over. Why the plan works but the follow-through doesn't. Why the weight comes off and then comes right back. The answer almost always lives in the mind, in the stories we tell ourselves about food, our bodies, and what we deserve.
Now I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer with a BA in Psychology, and I have the opportunity to blend those two worlds into one approach that actually sticks.
I help women lose fat and build a body they're proud of, without the restriction, guilt, or obsession that most diets require. We train with purpose, eat in a way that fuels your life, and do the mental work that makes it all last.
If you've tried everything and you're tired of starting over, you're exactly who I work with.
